Last weekend saw us harvest our heather honey. Not easy as we have to uncap the frames and then scrape the honey into our honey press, press it through muslin and bottle slowwlllyyyy.... as heather honey is thixotropic - i.e. it is not fluid unless agitated by being stirred. For those that need to do this for the first time here's a video showing how it's done.
